Margaret Mills: Head of Business Development

The company is owned by Margaret Mills, CIPD qualified, who has been continually involved in Human Resource and People Development for over 20 years, both in the public and private sector, with large organisations and SME’s. Margaret is dedicated to maximising the potential of organisations and individuals through bespoke innovative training. Margaret is highly skilled and experienced in the formulation, delivery and evaluation of high quality learning and development activities, organisational change interventions and organisational re- branding. Margaret has previously worked for BT, Telewest, the NHS and more recently consulting for Schools, smaller businesses and privately with individuals on a 1-1 basis.

 

Sandra Dowson: Head of Human Resource Development

Sandra Dowson is Head of Human Resource Development, a member of the CIPD and qualified to degree level in Sociology and Psychology, Sandra has extensive experience in Project Management and Advice and Guidance and is a qualified member of SFEDI (Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative). With over 20 years’ experience working in both the public and private sector, Sandra is a highly skilled and qualified resource manager with extensive experience in HR policy development and employment issues. Sandra is dedicated in promoting and supporting employee engagement and implementing organisational change across a range of skill areas and sectors, whilst still maintaining quality of provision, commitment and productivity of organisations.
